PRO and Sync Licensing
Stellar has four Performing Rights Organization (PRO) licenses that cover both live and pre-recorded live streams

License coverage is only available to Professional and Volume package holders. As a Professional or Volume package holder, it is your responsibility to make sure that your material is covered by one of the above licenses.
These licenses do not cover video on demand (VOD) replays of streams. VODs require separate sync licenses that you'll need to obtain. Sync licensing can be complicated as there are no governing bodies that issue these licenses.
