Customize Your Event Listing Email Messages

Include specific information for your customers when they receive emails from Stellar

This feature allows you to include a customized message to your customers who purchase a specific inventory. Inventory is associated with any product type, so you can add a custom email message to tickets, merchandise, donations or tips. That could be as simple as a thank you or can be used to include important information associated with a ticket purchase.

For example, the ticket package below includes a post show afterparty on Zoom. To include that information for your customers who purchased the ticket, add the message you want to appear in any email associated with this inventory in the Custom Email Content field.

Then when the customer receives their email confirmation, they'll get the custom message from you.
