How To Manually Issue Tickets

Handle customer reschedules, tickets from outside sales, press passes and more

Whether you need to issue a free ticket to an associate/friends/family or complete a ticket transfer for a date change or gift exchange, you have the ability to manually issue tickets right from your Dashboard.

***Comp tickets are subject to a Stellar fee of $2/ticket and event organizers will be invoiced for any comps issued following each event.

You can either issue a single ticket or issue tickets in bulk.

HOW TO MANUALLY ISSUE A SINGLE TICKET

  1. On your Dashboard, click on the Event tab
  2. Click the title of your event then click on the performance you’d like to issue tickets for
  3. Click the ellipsis [...] to the right of the inventory you’d like to issue tickets for
  4. Click Issue Inventory from the top of the drop down menu
  5. Input the desired recipient's email address and click Submit.

The desired recipients will receive an email confirming their ticket which they can then access at the time of the show.

HOW TO MANUALLY ISSUE A BULK AMOUNT OF TICKETS

To issue tickets a larger group of attendees, please create an Excel file that contains the email addresses and number of tickets for each attendee then follow the below steps:

  1. On your Dashboard, click on the Event tab
  2. Click on the title of your event then click on the performance you’d like to issue tickets for
  3. Click the ellipsis [...] to the right of the inventory you’d like to issue tickets for
  4. Click Issue Inventory from the top of the drop down menu
  5. Click Import from file

6. Click Browse File and upload the Excel file

7.  Click Submit

The desired recipients will receive an email confirming their ticket which they can then access at the time of the show.
